Makes sense to me overall, but I might be inclined to move Scotland up a few notches on the strength of the key fleas-per-square-foot metric.

The ones I've been to, in loosely descending order:

Norway
Germany
Austria
England
Scotland
Wales
France
Belgium
Russia
Czech Rep
Greece
Cyprus
Turkey
Latvia
Lithuania
Spain
Portugal
Belgium
Poland
Bulgaria
Romania
Northern Ireland

With the disclaimer that I don't dislike any of them.

You're of two minds when it comes to Belgium I see. Not surprising. The Walloons and Flemish in Belgium don't see eye-to-eye about anything themselves.

the bottom.

If you've got nothing to do, don't do it here.

Holland is placed way too high.

We should be in the lowest 10%.

Regardless of the criteria used.
On the whole, I'd rather be in Wallenpaupack.

Scotland > England

I have been often to Bulgaria and as I have heard an expatriate say - and I wouldn't disagree- they have the highest number of beautiful women per cubic meter. It is a stunning country but not for everyday life.

Why? I haven't actually been properly (been through Schiphol Airport a million times, but never been outside of it) but the Netherlands is somewhere I'd love to go.
