This is particularly trenchant:
Norway ranked as the most secure nation with a war chest built on its publicly held oil wealth, in contrast to the UK, which allowed private sector companies to extract North Sea oil reserves and spent the tax revenues during the 1980s and 1990s.

Oh but the Conservatives are a safe pair of hands with the economy, you can’t trust Labour with taxpayers’ money, etc etc

There a was vox pop on the Daily Politics programme yesterday where they asked young tory conference delegates their opinion of Labour. All the tories when asked what a Labour government would mean said 'Chaos!'

I was screaming at the TV 'Take a look at the country now you pricks! Is this strong and stable? Is it!?'

Ignorant, blinkered, smug fuck-heads.

Well, she's got under two hours to cling to power, if rumours I've heard from various sources are true.

Ironic that the DUP are probably going to sink her for good. When you dance with the devil....

She's addressing Parliament now - it looks like she's staying. She's made an update on the latest Brexshit farce, without her side taking any blame.

Prime Minister's tend not to resign whilst addressing Parliament - they do it from No. 10 instead.

She said there’s been a lot of ‘inaccurate speculation’ apparently.

It was with reference to Jethro’s post - wrong maybe but clearly he’s not the only one.

What she is saying is she is being very clear.

Before then trying to explain what she was supposed to be very clear about in the first place.

Are you privy to JQW's "various sources" then?

No I’m not in that rarified loop.

One thing all tories seem to agree on is that they'd be fucking insane to call an election now...

However, in the unlikely event - but no more unlikely than any of the other bizarre shit we've seen in the last few years - Labour decide to support any deal she manages to put together, the Brexiters will have to oust her, which would be difficult to legitimise without a GE.
