How about that thing where you crouch down, breathe deeply ten times then spring up?
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

There was a kid in our class named Chris who did something similar, except he would choke himself as well. His brother Leonard was a couple years ahead of us and the right side of his face was mangled from being accidentally shot by the younger one with a shotgun. There were rumors of incest, asshole fingering, probably none of which were true, but it still didn't stop us from occasionally fucking with Chris by simply holding up our index finger. It was really all in good fun, which sounds horrible, I know, but teenage boys are monsters. Sometimes he'd cry, sometimes just get really pissed off, but he never acted out towards anyone, just himself. I ran into him about ten years after high school and he acted like we had once been great friends. One of the most awkward moments in my life, which is essentially one long continuous awkward moment. I didn't know what to say to the guy. It seemed like he genuinely felt we were buds.

Tried most, stick to booze and weed, both pretty occasionally these days.

Coke really never did much for me. But I liked speed so much I had to stop. Fun's fun, but I plan to be using my internal organs for a while.

Cannabis and alcohol back in my college days. I'm 100% clean nowadays, though.

Matt could easily incriminate a few folks on this thread. I'm grateful for his discretion.

Fact - psychedelics are great and the older you are, the better they are too.

It's harder to get drugs as you get older and your social circle shrinks I find.

I have no idea how to get drugs off the 'dark web'.

Jesus, Harvey, I'm really sorry to hear about your friend's husband. Kind of assholish to say, but I'm also sad that coke has become more risky because I keep thinking of getting back into it. Not that I ever was heavily so.

I've done the top five. Did weed for years, but it messes with my head too much. Booze is still a regular and I'd do speed again if it presented itself.

I sniffed parts cleaner from Radio Shack once. You have to use a bag or you'll freeze your lungs. Similar feeling to nitrous, but gave me a headache for two days afterward. Not good!

Harvey K-Tel wrote:I haven't touched coke or psychedelics in years, or, for that matter, anything on the list other than alcohol and cannabis, and now with the prevalence of fentanyl and carfentanyl being cut into street drugs I doubt I ever will again. My friend Jodi's husband died after doing two lines of coke that were laced with fentanyl just a couple of weeks ago, and I've been spreading the word to friends and acquaintances that it's just not worth it.

I wouldn't even try coke at my age, no matter how much it was cut. In my day, they only ever cut it with procaine or baby laxative powder.

Sorry about your friend's husband.

Meant to say I'm very sorry, John. That's horrible. :(

Smoked 2 joints, didn't really do anything for me. Never did any tablets or that kinda shit. Alcohol will do me fine.
