I'm almost back to normal -- still can't lift more than 15 pounds for a few weeks.

Salpingectomy is tube removal. They retained my ovaries since I'm still too young for menopause so as to take it easier on me hormonally. Yeah surgery is not fun, I had complications that made it a bit less fun -- surgery even with robot assistance took over 10 hours. But it was actually better than having my period since I was passing lemon sized clots and severely anemic.

Fun fact. My doctor described my uterus and fallopian tubes as looking like a weird doctor Seuss creature because endometrial adhesions had led my tubes to wind up tucked up on top of the uterus like strange Seussian appendages. Explains why I couldn't get pregnant again after Veronica, plus the pain I've been in for years. All due to the sloppy c-section finishing up process that Kaiser Permanente did after V was born.
