Just messaged Rob today on Facebook. It's his birthday today, by the way.

He lost his job he'd had for a long time, but has bounced back and has a new one as a web content manager. He sounds happy and likes it.

I'm still in touch on Facebook, though to be honest I interact more with the woman he is dating than I do with Rob now. She and I have become really good internet friends. Rob is doing well.
