The time for poo-pooing Russiagate was two, no, three, four or five years ago when I was citing Robert Perry who was telling the truth about Ukraine and Crimea and then Syria. Going forward the good news is the only candidate who seems to have not bought into the bullshit is Gabbard.

My kid sister was more critical of her dreamboat Sean Cassidy than Jimbo is of Vladimir Putin.

Forget Trump for the moment because he is so clearly a nightmare. How critical have you been of Obama and Clinton and the media whose misdeeds - thanks (ironically) to Russiagate - have been brought to the fore? Had not Wikileaks revealed the HRC and Podesta emails we wouldn't know they had cheated. (She did cheat.) Had they not tried to cover up their crimes by scapegoating Russia and gaslighting dupes like you there wouldn't have been this mad farrago. Even if Putin had bumped off a few of his critics why care? Because Putin! Russia! Putin! Russia! And speaking of Wikileaks - instead of owning up to the truth - Obama and HRC - and now even Wiki-loving Trump - went after Assange. At this moment Assange languishes in a tiny room and Manning is back in jail for doing what Obama and co should have done - be honest.

A "By golly, Jimbo, yer right," would have been a nicer, more polite response.

Well, you've now declared yourself morally bankrupt, how refreshing.

Why don't you just put your cards on the table and admit you prefer an authoritarian, autocrat thug to any elected representative? Oh, I guess you have.

First of all - from what I've read - Putin isn't as heartless as the propaganda you've ingested says he is and secondly - even IF - how many actual political assassinations around the globe - or in the US - do we ignore - or laud. Your selectivity of villains shows how you have been duped by a narrative. It's all about deflection. The US is the bully now. Even Obama's US. A multi-billion dollar finger pointing propaganda machine is in place in the US (and the UK). Today the BIG FINGER is pointing at Maduro and anti-Semitism and SOCIALISM! In the past it pointed at Bin Ladin (a US creation) - WMD - Kadaffi - Assad - and on and on.

We are living in an Orwellian novel.

Jimbo will need to go a little lower if he’s going to keep blowing Putin every time his name comes up.

I think Jimbo just prefers the counter-narrative to the narrative, as a matter of taste, regardless of whether it's moral or makes any sense.

Probably rightly I got called out here once or twice for using the word "proof" when perhaps I should have written "evidence" instead. Well, the guys from whom I have gotten much of my Russiagate counter-narrative info are no dummies and write in the following

We can prove that the conventional-wisdom story about Russian-hacking-DNC-emails-for-WikiLeaks is false

It's a rather long piece and covers a lot of ground considering the years of back and forth arguing between narratives, but if you want "proof," these guys say they have it. I agree.
