Bloody hell! You go, Donald!

Two weeks ago, the Nutcase in Chief had only manage to repair something like 66 miles of the existing border fence and now he's going to build a wall around Colorado.

What is it with these populist leaders and putative dictators - Trump and his wall, Boris and his bridges and Hitler and his Albert Speer monstrosities - and the construction industry??

Don't forget Herr Eisenhower and that massive and gaudy interstate road system, and Boss Theodore Roosevelt's waste of land, the National Park System, and the Pope's best pal JFK and his loony moon project.

If this House vote on impeachment fails this Thursday it'll be the single most Democratic Democrat move the Democrats have have ever Democratted.

They'd better not screw this up.

My faith in the Democrats' ability to trip over their own feet has seldom wavered, but I think they might actually get this right.

Pelosi wouldn’t allow a vote if she didn’t already know the outcome.

This is true. She's savvy, no doubt.

Anyway, it's mostly a procedure thing, isn't it?

I think so but the Republicans will make it out to mean a lot more when try to drag down the Dems.

Yep. And it's worrisome that so far they're getting in a lot more quotable quotes than dem Dems.

Purely bullshit quotable quotes, of course, but it'll play on their media and ooze into the public discourse.

that Kevin McCarthy guy is a real piece of work.
so, let's sum up.
The best & most popular President in the History of the United States is being unfairly harassed by sour grapes (and foul smelling) Democrats who are traitors for not supporting said most popular and best President ever.

that's about the size of it, isn't it? no wonder they wanted to be on television.

I'll be honest, I didn't think the resolution for the inquiry would pass.
maybe I'm reading this thing all wrong. I hope so.

CNN has had a lot of "Deep State/Out to get the President" horse-shit coming out of peoples mouths. WAY more than I expected seeing as they are "The Enemy of the People" and all.

I thought maybe Nancy was putting on a brave face but still discouraging moving forward in private. you watch these Gung-Ho Tea Party Bastards and they know the Base just loves this Pseudo Patriotic diplay of Trump support and that it galvanizes their fundraising.

but, here we go. I'm glad for a lot of reasons but I'm still pretty pessimistic. I mean, these guys stand there like they are the heroes of America defending the honor of an honorable man. it seems that our main hope is that a LOT of people are tired of pretending.

Do not count on the Senate convicting him.
They can and they should, and maybe they will, but it would be a very bad bet.

No, Pence is one of them. They dread Trump Voters who are under the false impression that impeachment is an illegal coup to undo an election.

I'm fairly convinced that if they could manage it without pissing off more than half their base, they would love for the outcome to be President Pence.
