Yes. NYE and NYD are my favourite days of the year. I've had a blinding 2 days with various BCBers and BCB spouses getting lathered in YOrkshire pubs and walking in the Yorkshire countryside. I'm as happy as a pig in shit, I'm sure I speak for Baron too.

Luckily we both have no love for NYE. I've never liked it.

The first is the wife's birthday, so I like that and it's definitely an important day around here. The NYE party part of it, though, is of increasingly less importance to me. I get drunk when I want to all year round. It's a bit of pressure to have to get drunk in a more special way this one day of the year.

Last NYE we were in a pub in Saltaire that my younger brother was bartending in. He forgot to do the countdown.
