Hard to decouple God from religion. Not orderly enough for some.

It'd be interesting to talk about mystery, transcendence, mortality, being, the quest for meaning and all of that without the tyranny of reductionism. But hey...some kids need their blanket.

To be honest, it's more a dislike of Beatles fans, than the band themselves, who I can largely ignore. Although Paul McCartney is a cunt, and would be way above Goat Boy on the BCB cunt placings if he posted here.
