One of my favorite photographers, in part because he's so matter-of-fact in his presentation, while people like Arbus (to me) are more likely to seek out a (sometimes specific) reaction. He also has a very painterly sense of color (as has been mentioned here before), specifically in B, which is the one I voted for.

Thanks for remindin me. There's a show of his at the Metropolitan Museum that's coming down this month, if it hasn't already.

The stuff looks fantastic in the really big prints thay have at shows.
