A few years ago I would have said Tom Baker (as he was really the only one I ever saw). I've recently been hooked on the new program and loved David Tennent. I tried going back to watch some of the old Baker ones and I felt the same way I did when I watched an old Ultraman show as an adult - completely screwed a favorite childhood memory. Not that Baker himself was not charming but the show as a whole was tough to stomach. I've seen the majority of Doctors only in clips or Five Doctor type shows and they really do nothing for me.

That being said Smith has been growing on me.

I've tried to keep it on the low here on BCB, but I have become a fan. Big time. I've watched all the episodes since the relaunch and a goodly number of old ones. I never talk about it because I'm intimidated by Britons who grew up in the Tardis. I'm coming to this from a pure nerd perspective without any of the (massive) cultural baggage.

That being said, Tennent's your man, I think. Really clicked in that role.
Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
