I was just sat thinking about the cute dog that someone brought into the toilet cubicle next to mine yesterday. It was sticking its head under the gap to lick my hand because I was encouraging it and saying ooooh doggie doggie good doggie! Several hours later I realise it must have been a service dog and it’s owner must have been in there with her pants round her ankles waiting for me to fuck off so she could have a shit.

:(

I exited a clothes shop today to find a rat snake sitting outside. It had recently had dinner and was trying to digest it - I'd never seen that in real life - genuinely amazing, this huge lump halfway down the body. I was worried about people standing on it (or trying to kill it) so stood guard while the people in the shop called animal control. The half hour spent guarding it was like something from candid camera - people approaching the door not looking where they were going and suddenly shrieking and leaping back. The police came, got their batons out and successfully wrangled it into a paper bag to take to the woods. All in hundred or whatever degree heat. A proper Texan shopping day!

That Gerrymandering decision seems...bad.

Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

I predicted it!
(decision and reaction)
I’ll say this, it’s not legally indefensible.
Also, it does not mean that political gerrymanders cannot ever be challenged anywhere. Just not in federal court based on the US Constitution.

Coming home from shopping this morning. Guy ran into me and forced me from the exit lane on the roundabout into the keep going around lane, and damaged both cars. Cant think of a better way to put. After we stopped to exchange details, he claimed that I was to blame. Told him I had a dashcam in my car and we'd see about that.

Back in the house within an hour I'd been contacted by his insurance company to accept full responsibility and any costs would be fully met by them. No liability or costs on my part.

The inconvenience now is pissing me off. Cant get replacement car till tomorrow, my car not getting picked up till Monday. School holidays start today and have arrangements for next week.

However it could've been worse.

Round 2, picked up to collect replacement car. Drives to Tesco to pick up a few things, come back to car, notice a puddle underneath the car. Not sure it's from mine. Drive home, leave it for an hour, puddle forms.

Guy comes to switch cars, while the guy is checking the first car, I notice a screw in one of its tyres.

Hopefully new new car will be trouble free. As I'm taking the wee guy to Alton Towers next week. I say wee guy he's as big as me now.
