I applied for a couple jobs this week and got some responses. Phone interviews for a communications director position at the school of journalism, University of Oregon and Sales and Marketing Director for a local, regional electronics distributor. For the electronics distributor, I interviewed for a catalog coordinator position like 15 years ago. That's when companies like that provided quarterly product catalogs for customers. A lot of catalog printing went out of business with the internet.

Today was the first day taking over from my previous boss. I'm a "manager" now.
The only thing that's changed is that I have less time to come here and keep Markus company when he's feeling lonely.

You'll appreciate that illnesses were all you had to worry about when boys start calling.
