It's not great is it, but I only have a work phone which has no internet access. The Kindle at least lets me log on when I'm out of the house and it's free.


Good point. I reckon the next generation of Kindle will have it sorted. It is a nice piece of kit and I will be interested to see what the Amazon tablet is like.

PC and laptop at home, iPhone everywhere else. I don't have Tapatalk, though. What are the advantages?

Desktop at evenings and weekends, netbook during the working day, smartphone occasionally (usually when posting something during the working day when it's not my lunch break. like I am doing now)

I wonder if so many people using phones of varying descriptions is having an effect on the kind of posting they do -lots of short posts as opposed to longer, more detailed writing.

Uber desktop PC during the day, laptop or HTPC desktop in the evenings, android phone/tapatalk very occasionally if I'm out.

Only a desktop...I can't get with posting on the phone and laptops annoy me...I like my mouse and being sat in a comfortable position.

Apple laptop at home, but not much.

Speaking personally, I rarely post on my phone as it's just too fiddly. I mostly use it for browsing BCB when I'm away from home. Certainly, I couldn't imagine writing a film review on my phone.

However this suitably brief post is indeed being composed on a tiny touchscreen, ironically enough...
