I'm so sorry for your loss, S.
Your father sounds like a wonderful person to have taken such extraordinary care of his beloved wife for such a long time.
I'm glad you had the chance to be there for him and for her to the end.
Good luck to you and your family now, S. I know that the distractions of funeral preparations and sorting out the records and such will be helpful to you for now.
Afterwards, when things slow back down, please don't hesitate to get in touch if you feel like it. I don't know that I can help but I can at least listen.

I echo the sentiments here.my mum died years ago and i think of her everday.I get very emotional about the whole thing.
