How's it going?

This week I re-watched season 2. Some real classics I haven't seen in a while.

BTW new season sometime this year...

I dunno why, but I've never seen this

But, I'm gonna catch up on it on Sky Atlantic. Looks great
Krusty : "But you gotta come back Mel, we're a team!"
Mel : "No, Krusty. You always treated me rather shabbily. On our last show, you poured liquid nitrogen down my pants and cracked my buttocks with a hammer."

Well..........there was a time when I had to be in a certain mood to be able to stand the show. I don't dislike Larry David, but his character was just too annoying (same problem with US The Office). Then somehow it kinda grew on me. Even despite his uber-obnoxiousness, there are certainly flashes of brilliance in the writing.

Or you might just loathe it forever. I would understand. ;)

I have a hard time watching the show although I do rent it from time to time. Some of the writing is quite good as you say but like The Office (both versions for me) the obnoxious factor is hard to take at times. Comedy like music comes down to many factors that make up our personal taste and this type of humor is not my favorite.

Just watched it. Not bad. To be honest, I'm quite a fan and just to see him back on the small screen, being unreasonable to people around him - it's funny stuff, pretty much guaranteed. But tonight's was hardly vintage. The plots are just insane, utterly preposterous.

As long as Leon gets his lines I'm generally happy. " Danny Duberstein is good at two things - -that's math and fucking."

I don't understand why they would show Curb on American channels that heavily edit. They cut out the best lines. Same with Entourage and Sex & the City.

I watched the new episode last night. It was far from its best but its great to have him back and if the crazy storylines continue then I'm sure it won't diappoint. The scene with Larry and Cheryl discussing their marriage was funny and Leon, as ever, continues to make me laugh.

I thought the tampon lesson was one of the greatest moments of discomfort of the show's history. Glad he's back.
