I'd agree. It's really good.

The last episode was great tonight. I loved the concept of the Fatwa musical with Linn Manuel-Miranda directing. And not to reveal any spoilers but incorporating Alexander Hamilton's duel with Aaron Burr was genius. I hope they come back with another season because this one was so good.

Really?

As its latest season comes to an end, Jennifer Keishin Armstrong looks at how Curb Your Enthusiasm changed the medium in ways you might not even realise.

I thought that was a poor season finale - too long, too many ideas that didn't come together well.

I've enjoyed the episodes generally but I haven't laughed anywhere near as much as I did with the last lot. But LD is still a fabulous old man with funny wicked ways.

Accidental post on purpose.

John, last night my son and I rewatched Clear History, a small movie David made for HBO. He plays a former engineer for a car company, who quits, and then the car, the Howard, becomes very popular. His former business partner, played by Jon Hamm, and his wife, played by Kate Hudson. come to live on the same NE island and don't recognize David because he's completely changed his look. Now that I watch it, you can see the precursor to the second run of Curb.

You might want to check it out.

Loved this last season - until the Lin Manuel Miranda episodes. Strong start...weak finish.
