Time [Series 1 & 2] BBC iPlayer

Postby C » 04 Nov 2023, 12:49

Okay, I know I am late to the party but I watched all three episodes yesterday

Brilliant - superb drama from 2021 (I think)

Set in a Liverpool prison

Written by working class Scouser Jimmy McGovern the script and acting is wonderful

Starring Sean Bean and Stephen Graham who put in excellent performances

It brought tears to my eyes at times...

I can't wait to get stuck into series 2 - which is set in a women's prison and stars, amongst others, Dr Who Jodie Whittaker

oooof!

A binge watch of series 2 yesterday - all three episodes back to back.

Excellent stuff - at least as good as the first series

The three leading actors gave amazingly convincing performances

Top notch!

Absolutely riveting .The writing, the acting ....God, we've been spoiled by top notch drama these last few months. You don't need bells and whistles or CGI to be transfixed
