Compelling murder mystery drama based in Queensland, Australia. Very watchable.

Downloaded, ready to start. What with Saturday BBC4 , Walter and a nice selection on Netflix, foreign (usually crime) programmes dominate viewing in our house. Just finished "Gangs of Oslo" on Netflix. Well worth a watch.

Clearly we have a similar watching TV taste. Shall check out 'Gangs of Oslo'.

Watched a great film the other day called Lust:Caution in a variety of languages mainly Chinese though I think and either on Prime or Netflix, can't quite remember. Slow at beginning but picks up momentum.

Slow, tedious and very uninteresting

I don't give a damn what happened to her

We gave up after three episodes

The Woman in the Wall (BBC iPlayer) is far more gripping

Yes, that was very good.

I get bored of all the Scandi-noir stuff now, there's too much of it. Troubled detective investigates brutal murder of young girl..blah,blah,blah. It's become such a formula. The Walter stuff is mainly terrible as well.

Black Snow isn’t Scandi-noir.

Based on the recommendation here, we watched what we thought was the first episode of this, turns pout the highlighted episode on iPlayer was episode 6. The last one.
I don't recommend doing this - it was rubbish.

Easy enough to find the beginning of the series Prof, just go to search - no point now though as you already know the ending.

My wife and I thought it was pretty good.

I watched episode one and halfway through our whole family yelled out for FUCK SAKE GET A MOVE ON

If I saw one more camera pointing at sad mum in wheelchair being all stoic

A big thumbs down from me. It knew what it wanted to be but didn’t have the chops.
You come at the Queen, you best not miss.

Not sure we even saw the same show Minnie.

Nevermind, clearly you'll have to treat my exuberance for any shows with some caution or even, dare I say, trepidation.

I’m not sure why I should have to do that just because I didn’t like a show that you did! I wouldn’t take it so personally. It just wasn’t for me.

Not taking it personally at all Minnie, just stating what I consider to be the obvious really.
