“Adventures in the Screen Trade” might be the most enjoyable book about making movies I’ve ever read. It’s bitchy and gossipy but it’s also very focused on his craft as a screenwriter.

I loved his writing. The novel of “Princess Bride” is a glorious thing. His love of reading came through in what he did as a writer. What a talented and funny man.

Completely agree. Loved reading anything of his I could get my hands on. He gave good interviews too, was always up for a pithy quote ("nobody knows anything" etc.)
