I like, a lot, his war themed films and my favourite Bond is You Only Live Twice. I consider Operation Daybreak to be an overlooked classic. Its almost shot for shot perfect and, echoing his documentary roots, plays like one. Truly great.
Great shout. I really want to see some of his early 50s films now. I'm a fan of "The Good Die Young".
