Do You Have A Favourite Camera Shot...

...or is that a too general thing to have favorite one?

I like the long shot of one person with no dialogue and they express whatever they have to through their facial expressions.

Pedants corner: It's actually a long take rather than long shot (which refers to camera distance). If it was a long shot you wouldn't be able to see their facial expression! :)

It does depend on the film really. No shot is, of itself, intrinsically satisfying.
That said I, am a fan of the use of dutch tilts in film noir. The Third Man being the classic example:
