Of course they were!
“Bad” is being generous.

I thought heat was boring. The shoot out scene in the street went on forever. I do like Val Kilmer's line "the sun rises and sets with her". That was it.

1.Who was your favorite police chief?
Martin Brody

2. Which evil film character/performance gave you the most chills?
Harvey Keitel as Victor, the "cleaner" in The Assassin. [Confession: I've never seen the original, Nikita, so I guess the equivalent character could be equally ruthless]

3. Your favorite song to a film scene moment? (Where the two just seemed to be made for each other)
Jumping Jack Flash in Mean Streets

4. Name a great scene in an otherwise bad movie.
"Check out the big brain on Brad" in Pulp Fiction

5. Your favorite one or two hit wonder director (eg Michael Cimino)
Steve Buscimi
The Happy Mondays were disqualified from a special edition of the BBC’s Bargain Hunt after Bez broke the show’s rules by artificially inflating prices, handing victory to Pulp.

1. Marge Gunderson

2. The Wicked Witch of the West - seeing this one so young sealed it forever

3. Making Time in Max Fischer's clubs scene in Rushmore - maybe not my favorite but the 1st one that came to mind

4. Willard learns to dance in Footloose.

5. John Avildsen who directed Rocky and The Karate Kid
