The last comedy I can remember enjoying. That was over a decade ago. Anything funny I've missed out on?

I'd highly recommend Roy Andersson's films, You, the Living and A Pidgeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence, as some very artful and lovely comedies that may not necessarily have you guffawing but are humorous and poignant in their own weird ways... Similarly, Finisterrae as well. Wild Tales is also quite a lot of fun, and in a more traditionally parodic sense, Black Dynamite is hilarious. These come to mind right now anyhow.

Three ones that immediately stand out to me are:
Four Lions
In the Loop
Ted
All of them are great and quite different. I know they are a bit older and you may have seen 'em but I did enjoy the Judd Apatow stuff like Knocked Up, 40 Year Old Virgin and Superbad.

Four Lions and In the Loop I also second in recommending. Good films!

I think Four Lions is a minor miracle.

Re: Me and You and Everyone We Know
Thanks for the recommendations, guys. Andersson's work looks like my kind of thing. My best friend was constantly going on about Black Dynamite, but I've only seen bits & pieces. Similarly, I've only seen parts of Four Lions - looked good from what I saw. Apatow consistently disappoints me, as I am a huge fan of Freaks & Geeks. And, Ted? No, thanks. But again, I appreciate the input.
