Well it doesn't have to be that violent to be disturbing. I get that but then I'm pretty much immune to all this shit

I remember Blue Velvet being the same way. People were disturbed by that film in the '80s. It was all Dennis Hopper though, wasn't it? Just like it was Javier Bardem in the Coens film.
