Ash Vs The Evil Dead

Postby Dr Markus » 01 Nov 2016, 17:54

Mentioned once or twice on here but deserves its own thread because of its awesomeness.
Loads of laughs, one liners, and bloody gore. You would think they would run out of ideas to kill or butcher bodies in this but they really don't. They find new ways and it's great fun.

Bruce Campbell should be a lot bigger than he is but you kinda get the feeling he's happy with what he has.

I was a bit wary because I love the movies but the first season was great fun and had a nice old school feel to it. Campbell is godlike of course but the supporting cast are likeable and I expect they'll step up in season 2 a bit

2nd season lived up to the high standards set by the first. Might have been better and you can't say that about may shows. Can't wait for season 3.

Back in action with season 3. The first episode rushed the premise for this season but It can be forgiven for the sheer entertainment and fun of it all. One of the best sitcoms? :? around at the minute.

Still not got round to watching season 2 but that's a real shame and now Bruce has retired the character it won't be getting picked up by another company either.

End of an era.

One of the greats.

I know he embraces, willingly or not, the b movies that he makes, but I hope he doesn't fade in to obscurity. I hope he gets a few "A" film roles.
