I've just been made aware that the server clock is running fast by around 4 minutes. I'll log a support ticket to get it fixed.

There were some power problems at the hosting facility earlier which affected this server and one other new one, causing them to be restarted. It looks like it smashed the temporary sessions table during the outage, which I've now repaired.
