Fucking mad at Villa Park tonight. Literally thousands walked out when we were 3-0 down with ten minutes left and missed all three of our goals.

Is Jorginho the worst signing of the season? At 50 million I think he might be: zero creativity and physically weak, he offers nothing. It's the kind of signing that will probably cost Sarri his job.

I'd suggest his complete refusal to change one single iota of his gameplan - even down to the exact same kick off procedure every single time, inevitably resulting in a throw in for the other team- at any stage of any match will more likely bring about his downfall. Seriously - same team, same formation, same tactics, same subs (on and off) at the same time (no matter what the score).... it's bizarre. To be two nil down with ten minutes to go in a cup tie and swap one right back for another.... you deserve all you get. He'll get it after they lose to Man City on Sunday.* Sarri-ball? Sorry-ball. Ta-ra.
*Or, being Chelsea, maybe even earlier.

Rovers have shit the bed at exactly the wrong time, with the only consolation being it’s possible Burnley might join us at some point.

There's a good time to shit the bed?
I think I'll book a hotel rather than use the spare room, if I ever pop over.

Bloody hell, West Brom have sacked Darren Moore, despite them being 4th in the table. WTF?
Aside from which, have you seen the size of the bloke? I bet he was sacked via Skype.

Apparently it was done face to face, but not one to one...

Oops.
Anyway.... FA Cup Quarter Finals Weekend. Who do you fancy?
Millwall 2 Brighton 1
Swansea 1 Man City 3
Watford 0 Palace 1
Wolves 1 Man Utd 1
So now you know who to back against......

Jesus, Swansea will be absolutely furious here. Man City have been handed the victory by the officials.
Could Swansea sue for lost income due to negligence?

I think it probably was a penalty. But it was certainly offside for the winner.

Man City scraped through to the FA Cup Final with a less than stellar performance yesterday. But the winning goal was wondrous - three absolutely magical (and completely different) passes from Laporte, Bernardo Silva & De Bruyne and a great diving header from Jesus. They're twelve games from the quadruple.

I reckon that City quite deliberately did just enough without exerting themselves too much. It did help them greatly that Brighton are managed by the Mini-Me of Tony Pulis. 15 minutes to go, 1-0 down and still 9 men behind the ball.

Oh I agree with you - they certainly did as much as they needed to and no more. But unusually for them, they didn't kill the game off and they gave Brighton just enough encouragement to make it a fairly jittery last 15 minutes or so.
