Is Peter Kay still with us?

Fuck me. Even re this, you can't help yourself can you?

I hope Ray gets well, quickly. He has his demons but he's a football man through and through. And he was ahead of the curve as regards English holding midfield players, who could retain possession.

Never rated him as a player, and not just because he played for a bunch of shit teams loathed by all true football fans (and Palace and QPR), or a pundit, but why should he have cared? The poor bugger was only 61.
RIP Butch

A fabulous player. And a very talented coach too, until he became unreliable attendance wise (allegedly). Nice guy too, I think.

That's a great shame - RIP Ray.

RIP Butch. A great player and by all accounts a really good chap all round. What a shame.

Yep, such a shame, even though he was a crap pundit, he always seemed quite nice and calm. "Butch" just sounds like a terrible nickname to have suffered, too.

Neither did I. I found his style of play very uncreative. But he did seem a lovely fella so RIP.
