I want to say Yeovil or Sutton or Forest Green because I seem to remember a new record being set recently but I bet someone made the final in 1901 or something. Will keep thinking. Must. Not. Google. It.

Yeah didn't Spurs reach the final as a non-league team or even won it early 1900?

You got the team, Nikki got the year – Spurs won it in 1901 while playing in the southern league. Your question?

It's probably someone newer but I know Greenidge & Haynes had a phenomenal average together.

Greenidge and Haynes must be top, surely. So:
First guess: Cook and Strauss
Second guess: Taylor and Slater

You need to go back in time for this one and I should say they must have played at least 20 inning together.

The only reason I didn't ask for the top opening partnershp was because I thought it was too obvious. Hobbs/Sutchciffe averaged 87 in 38 innings. The second is good but not close.
