I highly doubt Ramos' intent was to injure Salah on purpose. It certainly helped Real's cause with Mane being near-invisible in the first half.

It's all on Karius, I'm afraid.

At Liverpool for sure. Maybe he can rebuild his career back in Germany over time.

He didn't go out with the intention of breaking his collar bone ( if that's what's happened), but they were definitely looking to rough him up, there'd been evidence of that beforehand. It was strange how clueless Liverpool were when he went off, really knocked them for six. Mane did carry a threat though, but Firmino may as well have not been playing.

Just got up and saw the highlights; though for Karius a couple would simply feel like horrendous lowlights. Salah being driven into the ground was hardly a good look for football either.

Salah going off was a key moment for me regardless of Karius’s howlers. There was a noticeable change in the momentum swing from Liverpool controlling to RM controlling and Liverpool never really got a hold of the game after that. Gifting them 2 goals was a disaster though. I feel bad for Karius as he was genuinely shaping up to be a half decent keeper but these were schoolboy errors, especially the first. His confidence will be shot now.

The more I see the incident that led to Salah’s injury the more I agree with Jimboo.

Ramos is a cheating piece of shit but there is no way anyone could do that deliberately.

He didn't think (Ramos) I will break his arm or wrench his shoulder from the rest of his body, he did know and made sure he made the most of the opportunity presented to him. He has been sent off some twenty plus times , more than any Real player ever. He thinks nothing of taking other players out.

It's been noticeable the past few games that he has tired very very early - I think a long hard season has just worn him down at the crucial time.

There seem to be some communication problems as some outlets are reporting that it's a dislocated shoulder while others are saying it's minor ligament damage, and the Liverpool medical staff are optimistic about Salah's chances of making the World Cup.

Ex pros have said that yes he was holding him preventing him from getting away but you simply cannot control the outcome of that sort of tumble and there would have been a fair chance that he (Ramos) could have come off the injured party. The brain can’t work out the likeliest outcome in advance.

He is such a cheat though. I detest him almost as much as Mourinho.

I haven't seen any of the game but Ramos is as cynical as they come and his message to Salah only reinforces that.

he doesn't give a shit about anything as long as he wins no matter what.

Again, not Ramos’s fault, VVD pushed him into Karius.

Ramos is a right shit.

He's almost as detestable as Pepe.
