City fans didn't take it too well, one Wigan fan took it a bit too well.

Was there a game on tonight?

I can't believe the old man wasn't here to watch it, I was still half expecting a phone call when Grigg scored. What a game.

To be fair, the city fans were only following Agueros lead.

A right battering.

Bit of a pitch invasion at the end, Aguero had a bit of a swipe at a fan. Then the city fans started throwing shit at the stewards and police.

BBC showed at least one billboard amongst other things thrown at the stewards. Augero didn't take too well to a Wigan fan taunting him at the end.

Once you step onto that pitch as a fan, you're fair game in my view.

With the increasing amount of fucking lunatics seemingly courting publicity via social media, how long will it be before we get a player assaulted (or worse) by a fan? No wonder players are increasingly likely to 'get their retaliation in first'.

Fuck 'em - they want to act like a dick and taunt a player on the pitch after a defeat, don't be surprised if the player reacts.

(I'm not saying you were condoning the fans, D-F by the way)

Alleged that the Wigan fan spat at and abused Agüero.

Must've had some United fans sneak into the Wigan crowd.

I certainly don't condone pitch invasions either, btw. it's ok as a 10 year old, but there's something pathetic about grown men running about the pitch, whether celebrating, or taunting. Or playing football, half the time with latics.

Every club has a few arsehole fans I suppose.

I can understand pitch invasions in celebration of major triumphs but why start having a pop at opposition players like that?
