Rebecca Ferdinand dies
Always sad when a parent of young children dies. RIP and best wishes to all.
I kept thinking "swim as far as you can, swim as far as you can".

Reports that John Terrry's fans are trolling Ferdinand about this on Twitter. Glad I have nothing to do with this appalling service for the dim and terminally half-witted

Interesting documentary about how RF is coping with being a Mum and a Dad to his kids on BBC 1 last night. Would imagine is still on catch up if you missed it.

I've never previously had much time for Rio Ferdinand, but this was a very moving and informative documentary.

Same here. Very brave of him to subject himself and his family to such scrutiny. He came over as being pretty well grounded compared to some bling-obsessed footballers
