British English in Windows
Is there a way to change the spellings in Windows to UK Eglish? So tat I have a list of 'Favourites' rather than 'favorites', for example. The language/region settings appear to make no difference.

Re: British English in Windows
With Windows 7 and above you need to ensure that the relevant Windows Display Language is installed, and that it has been set as the system default, as it's possible to have a particular language configured without the relevant Display Language files installed.
Control Panel -> Language should sort you out, but the options available seem to chop and change between different Windows releases.
Even with British English set as default, some applications may only use US or some other variant of English instead.

I'll have another look when I get home, but I'm pretty sure I have English (UK) set everywhere it can be. Windows 7 Professional.
I can live with it - I have done for years! It just irks me...
