Transferring ipod to new itunes

Postby Goat Boy » 05 Mar 2014, 18:33

My hard drive went tits up and I've pretty much lost everything.

Is there any way I can transfer the contents of my ipod onto a new itunes/library etc?

Thanks

Did it once, but it was ages ago so i can't remember how i pulled it off for sure.

It was something along the lines of this, though.

This seems easier, but riskier. If you don't cancel the sync in time it'll wipe your iPod. It's probably safer to do it on a computer without iTunes, if you're going to try it.

A few other suggestions here, too.
