Re: Prog Cup: Quarter Final 3.
Bloody hell - these two lists are close and both contain some excellent additions - Cluster and Hackett from A and Barrett, TD from B.
So to the original 10, B has the edge and with the extra five it makes it, for me, a safe B
[sorry A]

It has to be the list that beat mine and which I would have voted for in any other circumstances. The additional five enhance it. Though as ever, I like the other list as well..

I'm not a fan of solo Syd Barrett and I prefer A's original 10.

The Renaissance you tube footage from Carnival Of Souls was amazing - it fitted beautifully. I'd forgotten what a long intro it has. I must watch the whole film.

Re: Prog Cup: Quarter Final 3.
Some of B's new five test the boundaries of broad church and is quite different from the original 10 which are pretty much solid prog choices. Can't knock the songs though which are all good.
I prefer A just a little more. I really like that Carnival of Souls video for Trip To The Fair too, just right for the spooky feel of the song.

I'm a big fan of Trip To The Fair and would have been happy to have it in my list. Overall, though, I prefer the look of:
