Today, a day trip up to London on 23 August to visit a pal. Turned out to be a lovely day, so, rather than take an overheated tube, I walked from London Bridge Station to Paddington (well, Great Portland Street, at which point I caught a bus). Nice to be in my natal city again for a few hours.
