Shame, I enjoyed them back in the day.

That first album is still great, though: a prog rock classic. They became a bit too lightweight for me after that.

Agreed Richard

I Robot has it's moments though.

Their second best

I rapidly lost interest after that

The lad from The Hollies vocals on this are superb

A beat track!

Having given up on post rock a few years ago as it was getting a bit boring / samey thought I’d revisit today and got through a whole bunch.

Pathfinders for heavy rock/metal, Indian drone and social commentary.

Progressive? I think so. Love the Kinks.

Possibly their best album

Magnificently robust!

This is really good:

The last studio album of theirs that I bought.

I am ambivalent about it

I'm still not sure....

More post rock this morning and possibly the one that first got me into the genre - still sounds good. Not as much bombast as others, quite peaceful for long stretches and not as dark as some. Bit obscure I suppose but it deserves wider recognition.

2nd division Scandinavian prog to my mind but it’s a powerful league to be a part of and I like them well enough.

Debut play for me and it’s only 51 years old. Sounds decent, flute aplenty.
