Not sure I’ll be bothering again. Maybe the 2nd half will be better. (Sounds more like Eagles than the Ash of Argus that I love so much.)

Like all fine albums the more you play it the more it's excellence will gradually seep in.

Don't really get the Eagles reference (no bad thing in my mind) but I do see how it has the WA feel of Argus, vocal harmonies, twin guitar attack with a gentle folk like influence. Anyway let's be honest nothing they ever did bettered Argus, one of the best albums of the era.
