Ok, so why has nobody recommended this one before? :o

Kingston Wall was a psychedelic/progressive rock group from Helsinki, Finland, originally formed in 1987. Influenced by such artists as Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, the group combined eastern themes, mysticism and vivid psychedelia with acid-rock.

Top notch!

Yes very good Bob.

I certainly hear the Hendrix and Zep influences on that track - enjoyable DC...!

I would say there's a Steve Hillage Gong-esque influence in there too.

Completely agree with you C. but I just have a soft spot for Stonedhenge and it's always my go to TYA album first and foremost - makes no sense does it?

Better album than anything that followed? Must be a close run thing.

Fantastic album. Spooky Tooth certainly had their moments, but, for every great track, two or three were a little unimaginative and sounded a bit like a 2nd division Traffic.

One of Sweden’s finest, led by Jonas Reingold. (Better than The Flower Kings, probably due to the absence of anything much from Roine Stolt.)

The crazily prolific Neal Morse’s most recent output is a rock opera entitled Jesus Christ The Exorcist.

I’m not a fan of the genre to be honest and also tend to be put off by heavily religious themes in music - well this has it in spades (as you’d imagine, it being a Neal Morse album) but it’s bloody good.

Only recently added to Spotify so this was 1st play this week - have to say I’m enjoying it more than I did their recent release.
