It's good - I like it but it has narration and stuff which isn't everybody's cup of tea.
Give it a go

Re: PROG CORNER
Thanks - narration ain’t my cuppa as it happens but I will listen.
Broad church for me tonight....
Well it’s interesting to hear the follow up to the wonderful Last of The Country Gentlemen. Quite different to that incredibly paired back album in that this has tracks with lots of distorted guitar and rocks out noisily some of the time. Released earlier this year, it had passed me by until today.
Reserving judgement.

1973 album from an Australian group. Not sure what this reminds me of most...maybe a little Zappa, Good Rats, Gentle Giant, Patto?
Where would rock 'n' roll be without feedback?

Had Fireball in the 70s (in the loft now along with all the other vinyl) but never really got into Deep Purplse for some reason. They seemed a tad heavy for me at the time. Guess it’s about time I gave them a new ear.

Used to like this a lot but haven’t played it for ages.
Very patchy but some nice stuff in there.

This Will Destroy You - New Others Part 2.
One of the foremost post rock bands I suppose, but although I liked them early on I really didn’t get anything much from this except an earache from the 1st track.
I think the sub genre itself has become a bit stale in recent years. There’s nowhere to go with it I suppose, and not enough variety in what is being produced.

That album cover was a bit of an after thought

I want to like this more than I do but I just find is thrown together and half-assed but not really in a good way like his debut solo album. I like the title track though
