Visionary is the best I think but both Perilous Journey and this one are very good.
They all have dreadful covers unfortunately.

Very patchy but some nice stuff in there.

I want to like this more than I do but I just find is thrown together and half-assed but not really in a good way like his debut solo album. I like the title track though

One of my favourites by PM. Up there with the best of them - quietly understated and ignored by most. Lovely.

Agree about the covers - I think Perilous Journey is my fave but I love them all.

I remember watching this 'live' as if it were yesterday

Haken - Vector

New album. Unfortunately although they have always been heavy they have fully descended into solid metal territory and have made a very unappealing racket on this album. The sound is dominated by the unrelenting thud of drums and chugging of guitar.

Being charitable, the last 2 tracks have elements that could grow on me but the rest is a big thumbs down from.

Well now that was unexpected.

A prog album from Suede. And excellent it is too!

Marillion - Happiness Is The Road

Not really rated highly and this is one of theirs I’d never even heard of until reading up this week. It’s not great but definitely accomplished and I will certainly play again.

Had this for quite some time - really like it and there were many similar compilations from an assortment of record companies that came out all around the same time. All worth getting if you don't already have them, for the very reason you mention above.

Not heard of them before but I am liking this album a lot. Danish, instrumental jazz prog, released in 1974.

What a cracking track.

Absolutely - I saw them 4 times in their heyday.

Robust?

Seminal?

I think so
