I love MM (it was, along with Plastic Ono Band, my socks-knocked-off discovery on that 85 NME list) but I’m in love with The Clash and their world.
I can’t remember the last time I listened to Television but the first Clash LP is never too far away.

Loved them both at the time, now think neither is much cop. Both contain ugly tracks, but MM has more of them, so I voted for the Clash
