Suzanne Somers Meets WIRE!!!

Postby Uncle Spellbinder » 06 Dec 2008, 00:24

From "The Late Show Starring Joan Rivers". Suzanne Somers was
filling in that night in 1987. Check out the little interview and the
end of "Drill" (about 4:25 in). Hilarious!

Well congratulations to whoever managed to book Wire on to a major network show in the US as "One of the hottest British rock groups in the world today" when promoting the Ideal Copy. They'd have struggled to get on radio let alone telly in the UK at that stage.
Should I know who Suzanne Somers is?

She was one of the leads in a popular show called Three's Company.

Her real claim to fame was playing the woman in the T-Bird in American Graffiti.
