The Creosote King is a mighty piece of work. 'Suite III - Toad Builds a Home' is the sort of epic - built with care but still fragile - they were absolute masters of at this stage. Ed Hinge constructed fragile glass structures of sound with his delicious guitar licks, and Wormo was always behind him, ready to push further.

Glorious captains. Salute them!

Sadly I heard they just kicked Dobber out of the band because he preferred stick deodorant to spray.

A sad day for prog, although Dobber is reputedly starting a new "supergroup" with oboeist Ardo "Pick" Smudgeley, which sounds quite promising.
You'd pay big bucks to know what you really think.

One of the great bait and switches, many a beatard was excited to hear Beatle George would be collaborating with them on Labyrinth: Chauncey's Chances, only to be disappointed in his sitar and Moog burblings. Still, Harrison felt vindicated in meeting Jimmy Page's dare to play in a setting that would stretch him, after Page met Harrison's dare to write a ballad, The Rain Song, whereupon Harrison quoted Kashmir on Labyrinth's Leonard's Calling.
It's kinda depressing for a music forum to be proud of not knowing musicians.
