I love those three albums but only the instrumentals.

I actually don't mind his voice, but I think he (or whoever was responsible for composing his vocal melodies in Crimson) is a very poor writer. And the stupid, peurile lyrics on those albums (its that Palmer-James fellow as well as our old friend Peter J) don't help.
I quite like 'Starless' but that is the only vocal track from those three albums that I do like.
