I ask because I started with that one. The mastering is awful - horns far too shrill and in yer face.

I switched to the 2006 remaster. Which is on Spotify at least twice.

It is so much better - the difference between not listenable and very enjoyable.

yep, of course i'm on spotify with the 2006 remaster.

but i DO know what yer talkin about with other remasters. that shrill crap used to drive reap BATTY

i love the crazy trip that happens in part 3

Good old Joe RIP

I saw them the 8:30 tour with Jaco and the rest

He was stunning.

They played for 3.5 hours non stop - Hammersmith Odeon I was right at th front [about five rows back]

A highlight concert
