they were very short-lived which was part of the problem.
Less than year and they split
They were also from outside the UK or USA which meant they had to get a major break to get noticed
Back then not bands did that - from the Netherlands- Focus and Golden Earring - that was about it

Being Dutch couldn't have helped, and it's their only album. Presumably can't have done much touring to promote themselves/the album either.
