A man of taste - I've always said so.

I probably play Tommy Johnson more than Robert nowadays.

admittedly my own personal sample of experience... but yes. mwhahaha. to a man.

Apparently this is the time - just before Valentine's Day that the blokes visit the lingerie shops and buy a certain style of women's underwear and the day after Valentine's Day the women go back to the store and change it for something more comfortable

mwhahahaha. now, i aint big on the whole garters or seamed fishnets or anything (although i actually have pics of me wearin fishnets.. when i was in kindegarten. it's a... long story. back then, i wore skirts all the time, and i was rough and tumble and tomboyish, so my ma said i had to wear some kinda hose...

but i still like tights better than pants.

there i said it.

ya know what? never mind.

Dang. I was in Knoxville when they played on that tour and could easily have gone to see them.

Instead of sitting at home and playing XTC and Joy Division records, I mean.

To be fair to young me, I was shaken by an incident seeing the Who in Brighton weeks earlier when the crowd surged forward several times and risked crushing some of us, including a young woman I pulled up from the ground.

Yes, the power of crowds is very disturbing.

Asda's clothing franchise George had a very nice lingerie set for just this purpose in 2008. I got two sets in different sizes after considerable shopping in several branches.

Neither was purchased for wearing myself.

I'm nationwide.

Well, I was.

The Robert Johnson albums are a cornerstone of my collection, as such so firmly established in my formative listening experience I don't go to them very often.

Fantastic! A double set of terrific albums.

Wonderful evening - great company.

To absent friends - this one was for Reap.
