Re: Gordon Haskell In Memoriam, Tues 20th Oct @ 9pm [UK]
Very Sad. I love Lizard and my late mom was a big admirer of Harry's Bar.
I always enjoyed reading interviews with Gordon as you just knew that he would take a pop at King Crimson. Only Christopher Lee was more reliable to go off on one when he was asked about Dracula. They were, of course, both wrong.
RIP Gordon.

I met him once and had the temerity to ask him about King Crimson. It was like that Fast Show Sketch...Black, Black.
I didn’t know, but R.I.P.

thanks for that. i just checked, and it is on my spotify.
let's hope my flaky ass internet connection behaves.
one day not long ago, sam was on the phone with AT&T for hours. i do mean hours. he was screaming by the end of it. he's like the sweetest person.
then again, i hate all those companies with a passion. after reap died, comcast cut off my internet and my landline, right when i needed those connections the most. i needed to talk to a zillion offices all across the country. i made them put me thru to a supervisor. he basically told me to fucque off, too. becuz i had a different last name than reap had. even though we had both been customers at the same address for twenty years.
it took me some months to go thru an estate lawyer, get the bond, get it at court, and get declared the dominatrix of reap's estate. then i had to take all the paperwork to the comcast office before they would send someone out to fix things.
they are fucquers.
that being said, at least i don't hafta live with any of em. mwhahaha. always a bright spot.

Gordon Haskell would say 'Sounds terrible. Did I ever tell you about the time I was in King Crimson...?'
